Arguably the biggest music forum on the net, it's this AMAZING site where everyone throws shady insults at other artists and defend your faves. It's full of fans of pretty much every artist. You should look into a few threads on there to see if it's to your liking, it's not to everyones tastes but its certainly a crazy place. A few members here are from there as well, including myself and kissthestars

Cool, you just go to the 'music news' tab near the top of the page, and it will list a number of threads like Britney Spears - Femme Fatale, Beyonce - 4, and Rihanna has one for her new album as well.

JayLott answered my question. And to your reasoning, there will be a section on Music of the Sun; A Girl Like Me; Good Girl Gone Bad; Rated R; Loud and Talk That Talk - therefore a Rihanna section.

Well threads expire so there aren't any for her other albums, but you can discuss those albums in the Talk That Talk thread as well

If an artist/album was relevant and popular, it wouldn't go 15 days without posts anyway. It would look odd if you suddenly posted in the thread for Music Of The Sun years after its last post...

How would it look odd? You would just be expressing your thoughts about the album.
